After repeated to call hotel authority no body response my call so I Could not stay there

Not going to breakfast and not service in cleaning

The hosts were very nice since the very beginning. The rooms are like in the pictures. It looks clean and comfortable, specially the spring well mattress. Also the surroundings of the apartment are very quiet, peaceful and safe.

They didn't provide wifi during my stay although it was written during booking.Free wifi.

Excellent property, well maintained. Staff was extremely cordial, helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this for a cozy, comfortable stay. Service was fantastic. Value for money. . Was very impressed from check in to check out. Big shoutout to the staff and team, thank you!

A beautiful hotel in terms of the view, the reception staff were very helpful, and the manager was very helpful. We asked her to late check out from the hotel because the plane was in the evening, and she was very nice and helpful. The staff is helpful if anything is requested from the hotel, and they communicate with the visitor

Friendly and welcoming staff. I arrived early and they arranged a room very quickly for me. Additionally, I requested a slightly late check-out, which they graciously allowed at no extra cost. The location is very central and the room was quiet, despite a busy road just metres away. The breakfast was superb and generous.

Breakfast was very good. The food had many varieties. Very well prepared. Hotel location is good. Staff was pleasant to deal with. Room was really big.

The walls & bed head was very dirty. Bathroom was passable. It looked old,rusty & the dustbin in the bathroom was terrible. We were not given adjacent rooms despite asking for them in advance. Also there was a big & noisy party going on with loud music in one of the rooms adjacent to our room. How can they allow this to happen? My husband couldn’t sleep due to the noise.

location of property is horrible. public communication is challenging. toilet was not clean internet was not working, it was mot even possile to make whatsapp voice call.room was not sound proof, i could hear lots of sound at night, sound coming from top floor.toiley soap was of very bad quality

Room size is very good, amenities is so so.

Breakfast is worsening, even 8.40am some 2/3 items didn’t served. For such a quite big hotel the reception counter is too small. Hotel Name is not matched with booking.com's name

Convenience, proximity to airport and city.

Springy, saggy mattresses. Noisy occupants in other rooms. Loud music entire night and no control of management over such incidents.

Locations and size of room.

House keeping is very poor quality, floors are dirty inside the room as well as corridors. Some staff polite but few are rude. Dust bin kept outside of some rooms, looks very dirty and unpleasant. Foot steps not cleaned properly in the corridors.

Nothing to like it anymore.. Before it was a oyo xanadu.. Bed was so comfortable and had good interior too.. But now the bad is pathetic, plus no interior no sofa no chair.. Only a bad very very bad.. And water was charged.. That really very unprofessional
